I debated today's post a lot - I have had quite a few rough days this week, with yesterday being the worst. I normally do the picture after I get ready for church, but I just had no energy (after a nosebleed at 5:45 and some serious nausea...and getting sick yesterday morning) to even get up this morning, so Brad and I stayed home today. I also hadn't messed with (or even thought about) the board since last Sunday...but I decided I'd just do up a simple one and go ahead and do a make-up free picture. After all, this is what I've looked like most of this pregnancy and it definitely captures all the "joy" of hyperemesis, and seeing as I like to document everything...might as well document this part of it too!
How far along? 26 weeks - We're down to the double digits, y'all!! (93 days to go as of today...)
Due Date? January 14, 2014
How big is baby? Miss B is the size of a hothouse cucumber, and she is about 14 inches long and weighs about 1.75 lbs
Maternity clothes? Yep - they are definitely way more comfy than regular ones!! I'm seriously going to miss my maternity skinnies...LOVE the way they fit :)
Stretch marks? None yet
Sleeping? I had a few crazy dreams this week, and still not sleeping all the way through the night...This week, especially at the end of the week, I've woken up really early each morning.
Miss anything? Just being able to eat what I want...I miss regular everyday sandwiches.
Movement? Funniest movement this week: Brad was talking to Bryleigh this morning with his nose RIGHT up to my belly...and she KICKED at him. He hopped back pretty fast and we obviously both busted out laughing. I told my mom that Bryleigh must like her personal space too!
Food cravings? Still not craving much this week.
Food aversions? No problems here this week.
Gender predictions? Girl, girl, girl!
Symptoms? Nothing new - the nausea and getting sick is back in full force this week, and those pesky nose bleeds were an every morning occurrence.
Belly button – in or out? In...I can tell it's changing though!
Wedding rings – on or off? On
Mood? Lots of good, exciting things going on, and blessed to be pregnant, so I'd say good :)
Labor signs? Nope.
Best moment this week? Bryleigh seriously has the BEST grandparents ever. I've posted in previous weeks that my parents got our nursery furniture, so we are all set there (and it is BEAUTIFUL), and Brad's parents purchased our glider for the nursery (which we've gotten LOTS of practice time in already).
Well this week we got a sweet surprise when Brad's parents got our stroller/car set combo for us. We are so excited to have that, and Brad has already been pushing it through the house for some practice!
