Due Date? January 14, 2014
How big is baby? Our Bryleigh Girl is approximately 2.25 pounds and 14.8 inches long, the size of chinese cabbage or an eggplant.
Maternity clothes? Yep - enjoying some of both still.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleeping? I want to sleep ALL. THE. TIME!!!
We did get the results back from the Glucose test I took last week and I THANKFULLY passed. The blood work did show that I was anemic, so Dr. Harris called in a prescription for me to get started on. I'm hoping this is the reason I've been so tired lately and that the medicine can help that some.
Miss anything? Not missing much
Movement? No changes here...she's quite the little mover!
Food aversions? Nope.
Gender predictions? All things PINK for us! :)
Symptoms? Tired. Exhausted. And MORE tired!
Belly button – in or out? Still in...for now.
Wedding rings – on or off? On
Mood? Doing good :)
Labor signs? Nope.
Best moment this week? TEN days with Mimi and Tate (including some time with my Pappy, Miss Olivia, and her mommy and daddy)...Celebrating turning 28...and some fun time with great friends!!
Brad and I headed to Sulphur Springs last Thursday after my doctor's appointment, which was the start of a fun week and a half with my mom and nephew! We were able to head back down to Conroe on Monday after my mom got off work where we spent the next 3 days playing with Tate and loving on Miss Olivia (not to mention the time with their momma and daddy, which is always fun!!). Celebrating my 28th birthday with those two was certainly a special treat on Wednesday, and then Tate came back with my mom and me on Thursday. Friday was a Pappy, Key, and Tate day (which obviously included a fort), and then Saturday was the wonderful (world famous) Hopkins County Stew Festival.
A Key and Tate day! PJ's through nap time and popsicles before lunch |
Started the day with Tate...ended my day with Olivia |
Pink pants, pink bow, "I love Auntie" onsie...she definitely had me wrapped around her tiny finger!
Tate wanted to help open "the mail" - and it was "Tate's mail..." :)
Getting some last minute snuggles to end the week! |
Brad and I are blessed with some incredible friends and the Moore's are certainly on that list!! Kent and Kelsey came out to Sulphur Springs with Brad on Saturday and we introduced them to Sulphur Springs and the stew contest. We ended the day with them at our house, grilling burgers and hot dogs and a little Paranormal Activity 3...perfect for a stormy night late in October!
Two peas in a pod...watching the "allilators" on National Geographic.
Tate is SUCH a big helper!! He rolled this the whole way in to the stew site!! |
Looking forward to? This week...I'm looking forward to some serious REST!! I haven't had a day at home in a little while, which isn't normal these days. I've got my bible study, devotional, and to-do list ready for some bonding time this week!!
We also have our Prepared Childbirth class next Saturday, which will include a tour of the hospital. (This is getting WAY real, WAY fast!)
