Today was a big day for us in the journey of owning our first home. We locked in our interest rate! We've been hoping the interest rates would continue to go lower, or at least stay low, since we couldn't lock in until last week at the earliest. We figured today was as good of time as any, so Brad called Matt, our loan officer, and locked in the rate!
We also got to take a look at all the progress this weekend...along with the major mess. Hopefully this is the messiest this house will ever be! ;)
They have the majority of the sheetrock on the top half of the house and most of the ceilings. The living room will be last since that is where the stack of sheetrock has taken up residence.
