One Step Closer...literally

Other than the grass in our front yard (and those last couple of bricks)...our home looks like our home!! Gary's team was hard at work this week, finishing up the driveway and sidewalk, fence in our backyard, and sod for the majority of our property.

One of my very favorite parts of our house is the front door.  I fought B for that one, and he's very glad I did.  He loves it as much as I do!

 

One thing we've been waiting on for quite some time was the brick to complete our front porch, and it FINALLY showed up this week.

They had also added our water heater and sprinkler system in this week.  I'm thinking that sprinkler system is going to end up being on of B's favorite parts.

And finally, a few views of our backyard - one from inside the house, and the other from the back porch...and one of my crazy father-in-law letting Brad, Deanne, and Erin know where we were.  Emmitt is going to LOVE his new home!
