17 Weeks - Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy!

How far along? 17 weeks

Due Date? January 14, 2014

How big is baby? Baby H is the size of an onion, 5.1 inches long and 5.9 ounces

Total weight gain? Still varies between -10 and -15

Maternity clothes? Not yet

Stretch marks? None

Sleeping? Thankfully the crazy dreams seem to be on pause for now, and the pregnancy pillow is helping with some of the discomfort...only problem - Emmitt thinks it's for HIM! (There have been quite a few times in this pregnancy that we have had to remind him HE isn't the pregnant one)

Momma, are you SURE this isn't for me?
Please note - Emmitt is laying BETWEEN me and the pillow
that is supposed to be giving me support
Miss anything? Nope

Movement? Still feeling those flutters while I'm laying down, and now when I am sitting down as well.  Excited to feel them more and more!

Food cravings? Still loving ranch, and I can't eat enough Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches.  Bread always sounds good - When trying to decide where to eat for our Anniversary, every decision revolved around the restaurants BREADS! (Olive Garden won.)

Food aversions? Nothing new here - no sweets and not much meat...but I did have a root beer float!

Daddy wanted to celebrate 4 years with Root Beer floats!
Baby H was definitely a fan
Gender predictions? I really do hate this question. I just have no idea!

Symptoms? Round. Ligament. Pain.  Although I'm still not really showing, I can tell that things are changing on the inside.

Belly button – in or out? In

Wedding rings – on or off? On

Mood? Doing great - just so thankful. I've had a few "rough" days this week, but they didn't get me down.  I feel blessed to get to experience this at all, so I'll take it any way I can get it!! And my husband is insanely supportive!!

Labor signs? Nope.

Best moment this week? I ran errands this week!!! Brad has been super busy with work, working 12 hour days, and he honestly didn't have time to do some of the things he's normally been doing.  I went to the store, unloaded/loaded the dishwasher, took care of all the laundry, cleaned out the freezer, and made dinner.  I was completely nauseas the whole time, but SO thankful to be able to help out so much!!  This was the first time in at least 15 weeks I had done something like that by myself. (I've been super sick and on the couch every day since...lesson learned - GO EASY.)

We got our first baby delivery, and Daddy Brad got to put his building skills to work for the first time!! Thank you to DeDe and Poppa B for the beautiful, comfy glider! And get ready B, there is LOTS more where that came from!!

Also, Brad and I celebrated our 4th *and last* anniversary as a family of TWO.  For our 5th anniversary, we'll be celebrating with a precious 7 month old!!

On our way to celebrate 4 years at Olive Garden
Looking forward to? More family time!!  We'll be heading to Sulphur Springs for the weekend for more time with Mimi, Pappy, Tate, Alan, and Candice - and we'll be celebrating Miss Olivia!
