How far along? 18 weeks
Due Date? January 14, 2014
How big is baby? Baby H is the size of a sweet potato, 5.6 inches long and 6.7 oz
Maternity clothes? Nope
Stretch marks? None
Sleeping? Sleeping is back to normal these days...or at least as normal as can be with all these "changes" going on! No crazy dreams these days!
Miss anything? Not missing anything currently
Movement? I'm addicted to feeling those little baby kicks, looking forward to when they are stronger and more often. The baby has moved a little, so I'm not able to feel the movement as much as I had before (and I feel like it took a little of the bump away too).
Food cravings? Nothing new here! Bread, eggos (breakfast bread...), pop tarts (Still in the bread family), and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!
*Cravings I have that can't be fulfilled - American Airlines Center french fries (I had them at the circus a few weeks ago) and crab cakes. The crab cakes are tricky because I'm craving ones from a dinner cruise we went on in New York back in 2009...like I said, these two just can't be easily fulfilled!!
Food aversions? I'm okay with meat now, but not too much and not too often. Still definitely don't want sweets!
Gender predictions? Today, I'm team blue...can't promise you that won't change for tomorrow though!
Symptoms? Thankfully nothing new to add to the list
Belly button – in or out? In
Wedding rings – on or off? On
Mood? Excited! We have a fun week coming up! :)
Labor signs? Nope.
Best moment this week? More family time!! I spent the week in Sulphur Springs while Brad was swamped with work, and then he came down on Friday. Alan and Tate came in on Thursday, so we got lots of play time in before his mommy's baby shower on Saturday in Canton. After Candice's shower, we headed out to Greenville for dinner with the Armstrong family to celebrate my dad's parent's 60th wedding anniversary. I am so thankful for such an incredible family!
Looking forward to? This week holds a LOT for us. First of all, some of our very favorite people will be welcoming their very favorite person into the world - Brittain and Chris will be welcoming Mr. Beau Christopher any day now! We are praying for a safe delivery, a healthy baby boy, and a quick and easy recovery for momma!!
We also get to see our sweet little one at our doctor's appointment tomorrow morning. We haven't seen him (See...I always call it "him") since week 8!! This will also be the sonogram where the doctor will (HOPEFULLY) see if Little Baby Hammons will be wearing tutus and tiaras or bow ties and football pads!
We have a photo session set up for Tuesday morning where we'll find out what we'll be calling our sweet little nugget, and then we are celebrating with friends and family a week from today with a Gender Reveal party. We are SO excited to find out!
